Kritika leads the firm’s practice on trademark, copyright, and design law, with a focus on brand protection and enforcement. She advises clients on maintaining legal clarity around brand identity, resolving ownership issues, and addressing conflicts arising from misuse or misrepresentation.
With six years of experience in the field, Kritika has handled over a thousand matters related to trademark prosecution, oppositions, and enforcement. Her work spans sectors where brand visibility and identity are central, including those operating in competitive or fast-evolving digital markets. She also works on client mandates involving internal documentation such as service-level agreements, co-founder arrangements, and brand-related protocols, with a focus on defining usage rights, ownership boundaries, and internal responsibilities.
Kritika holds a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) with a specialization in Corporate Laws and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. She is enrolled with the Delhi High Court and is a member of both the Indian National Bar Association and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (India Group).
